Message the shareholders or the directors and officers... its called "Piercing the corporate veil" its a hail mary, last ditch type of litigation that goes after the major shareholders and or directors... its a very hard line of litigation... basically for creditors to get their money out of the insolvent corp..

also now with new Post ERON and WORLDCOM legislation holding directors and officers of corps personally liable has become much easier..but its still hard....

but people this is Boost Solutions.. he aint THAT BIG.. your best bet is to find out where he is and have some fireside chats with his ass.. and get your money out of him that way.. or at least inflict humiliation and embarassment equal to your montary loss...
